I've been working in Asia-Pacific international schools for 35 years - 24 in Japan - in San Francisco, Guam, Honolulu and Tokyo, with degrees in Humanities, English Literature and a teaching certification . I've worked predominantly with high school juniors and seniors - as a teacher, an IB Coordinator and a University Counselor. I've taught International Baccalaureate English, History, Philosophy, Psychology, and Theory of Knowledge, as well as Social Studies and English to grades 7 to 12. I am currently an IB examiner for History (Paper 1) and ToK. I am familiar with US, UK, Canadian and Japanese university systems, and I have helped hundreds of students apply to over 20 different countries.
